When chapter leaders do not come to meetings that tell you something about the way they feel about the value of the events. Hi Chapter Leaders,

I suggest that we have a rule that requires that we as chapter leaders attend the events we plan. When I’ve missed a meeting in the past, I not only missed out on the opportunity to learn from a great speaker, but I also didn’t get to speak with fellow members and hear their responses. I think that I would have been more effective had I experienced that feedback firsthand. It also would help us really put effort into planning events that we would all want to attend.
